Q: How do I reset my password?
A: You can change or reset your password by clicking the “reset my password” link at the bottom of the login screen.
Q: What's the best way to get started using the program?
A: You should start with watching the intro video you can find right on your dashboard. It will walk you through a lot of the features of the Simple Solo Builder and guide you in which order we recommend you study the information. Typically, you will want to begin in the Primer section.
Q: Can I download the training videos?
A: Unfortunately not. We have over 130 training videos in the member’s area and a specific order we recommend you consume the information in. It would simply require a humongous chunk of available storage space on your hard drive in order to download everything. And keeping it organized is no easy task.
Q: The program is amazing, but I'd still like a refund.
A: You can contact our customer support team 24/7 to request a refund by simply emailing Support@RockGuitarMastery.com. Just be aware that as soon as you ask for a refund, your account will be locked, and you will not be able to access the site or any of the training or future training videos we may release at any time.
